Meet the Team Behind Mosquito Joe of Edison-Westfield
Mosquito Joe of Edison & Westfield is owned and operated by Jagadish Annepu. With over 15 years of healthcare experience that exposed him firsthand to the debilitating effects that mosquitoes, ticks &fleas can cause, Jagadish brings a unique perspective to the pest control industry. His desire to prevent insect-borne illnesses along with his natural passion for business is what inspired him to establish a Mosquito Joe franchise. Jagadish has been happily married to his wife for 12 years, with whom he shares two children, ages 6 and 9. He enjoys improv, stand-up comedy, and greeting the setting of the sun from his backyard hammock (buzz-free, of course). From attending local fairs and events to volunteering as a listener for a local hotline and suicide crisis line, his care and support for his community extends beyond Mosquito Joe.
Their Journey to Mosquito Joe
While Jagadish was working as a physical therapist, he was repeatedly exposed to the reality of the havoc that insect-borne illnesses can wreak on people’s personal and social lives. He developed a deep-rooted desire and determination to protect his community as best he could from these diseases, and his transition into mosquito control was a natural step toward doing so. He brings a wealth of expertise to Mosquito Joe, given his background in healthcare.
One of the aspects Jagadish loves most about being a part of Mosquito Joe is the support he receives, particularly from our renowned entomologists. He enjoys knowing that there is a team around him that is equally dedicated to waging war on the bugs that disrupt people’s lives. The collaboration and innovative approaches within the team at Mosquito Joe inspire Jagadish to provide exceptional mosquito control solutions to the community and impact their lives. He also really likes that outdoor pests are tackled in a way that minimizes risks to both pests and essential pollinators like bees, while also keeping children’s safety in mind. Jagadish loves that now his kids can play in the backyard without worrying about being stung or bitten, and he wants other families in Middlesex, Somerset, and Union counties to enjoy that peace of mind, as well.
